The Solution comprises of a Shamel-TERMINAL and a
Central Server System Application running at Central Server. The Shamel-TERMINAL
connection with the central server can be GSM DATA CALL or GPRS Dialup.
|
-
- This is an offline system. Here the HRN (PINS)
bought from the operator should be loaded in to the Distributors
Central Server.
- Shamel-TERMINAL then connects to this server via
GPRS connection
- The Shamel-TERMINAL connects the server and
downloads needed number of HRN(PINS).
- The Downloaded pins are stored in TERMINAL internal
memory. Stock report also can be pulled out from the Shamel-TERMINAL
- If any customer asks for PINS, The retailer can the
just print from the locally stored pins
- Auto-reorder facility:- This is a facility of
downloading pins form the server automatically, if the TERMINAL offline
stock is less than the re-order level stock. So using this facility the
TERMINAL will always have assured minimal offline stock.
- The re-order level stock is dynamic, and this can be
set on the server side.
|
3: (USSD – SMS) + (GPRS TERMINAL + GPRS Server)
This is a combination of 1 and
2. The Online part will communicate with the
operator systems directly and print the voucher. The Offline
part will download the PINS from the distributor server, store the
downloaded pins locally on Shamel-TERMINAL and prints the voucher locally
from TERMINAL memory.
|
All our TERMINAL are capable of working in
Dual Mode - OFFLINE and ONLINE.
OFFLINE MODE – Means
Fetching vouchers from Operator Server, then store in the local memory of
TERMINAL and print the voucher later when customer needs.
ONLINE MODE –
Means Fetching from Operator Server and print directly, without storing in
to the local memory. |
